Consider staff recommendation to approve the first reading of Ordinance 12-004 (fka 11-035) granting a text amendment to the Land Development Code to add “Auto supplies (5531)” under “Retail trade” as a conditional use in the Commercial, Neighborhood (CN) Zoning District and scheduling of the second required public hearing on February 7, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the item may be heard.
